Curried Onion Rings

- 2-3/4 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 medium onions, peeled and cut into thin rings
- 1/2 tsp. soft brown sugar
Heat olive oil in a heavy nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add curry powder and onions and cook 5 minutes, or until onions are tender. Stir in brown sugar. Serve hot.
