Sautéed Peas and Spring Onions

  • 1 ounce butter
  • 2 cups frozen green peas
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced

Heat butter in a heavy nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir over medium heat 2-4 minutes, or until just tender. Serve hot.
