Roasted New Potatoes with Garlic

- 4 lbs. baby new potatoes
- 2-3/4 Tbs. olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic, unpeeled
- 1-3/4 Tbs. fresh rosemary leaves
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and mix well. Bake, uncovered, about 45 minutes, or until potatoes are well browned and tender. Turn potatoes twice during baking.
