Combine milk and chocolate in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently 10-15 minutes until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat. Meanwhile, place eggs in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer 1 minute. With mixer running, slowly add sugar and beat 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Stir in chocolate mixture and chill in refrigerator. Freeze in an ice cream maker 20-30 minutes until frozen. This recipe serves 8 people.
