Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine first 2 ingredients in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup butter and mix well. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Combine next 3 ingredients in another bowl. Add alternately with 3/4 cup milk to peanut butter mixture. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Combine chunky peanut butter and remaining butter in a bowl. Add sugar, remaining milk and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Spread frosting over cooled cake. This recipe serves 9 people. Due to the nature of this recipe, it adjusts the number of servings in multiples of 9 only.
