Pizza Meatballs
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbs. instant minced onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 3 Tbs. all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 3-3/4 cups purchased pizza sauce

Combine first 5 ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl. Placing a cube of cheese inside each one, shape into 12 large meatballs. Roll each meatball in flour, shaking off excess. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Brown meatballs on all sides and drain off excess oil. Add pizza sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10-12 minutes until cooked throughout.
