Slow Cooker Pineapple Ham Bean Pot
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 6:00.
  • 2 lbs. canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 lb. canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 lb. Texas style barbecue beans, undrained
  • 1-1/4 lbs. unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbs. prepared mustard
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 lb. cooked ham, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 2 Tbs. red wine vinegar

Combine first 9 ingredients in an electric slow cooker on low heat. Mix gently. Cover and cook 51/2 to 6 hours. Stir in vinegar and pepper to taste before serving.
