Slow Cooker Beef Burgundy
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 8:00.
  • 3 lbs. boneless beef for stew
  • 1-1/3 cups cream of celery soup
  • 1-1/3 cups can cream of chicken soup
  • 1-1/3 cups can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker on low heat. Cover and cook 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
