Patti's Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Prep: 10 min, Marinate: 4:00, Cook: 1:30.
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1-1/2 lbs. boneless pork tenderloin chops
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. onion
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbs. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Wrap bacon around tenderloin and place meat in a shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously and pour over meat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 4-5 hours, turning at least once. Preheat oven to 300°F. Place meat with marinade in oven and bake 45 minutes. Turn meat and bake another 45-55 minutes until meat is just cooked through. Serve pan juices separately to spoon over meat.
