Wrap bacon around tenderloin and place meat in a shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously and pour over meat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 4-5 hours, turning at least once. Preheat oven to 300°F. Place meat with marinade in oven and bake 45 minutes. Turn meat and bake another 45-55 minutes until meat is just cooked through. Serve pan juices separately to spoon over meat. This recipe serves 6 people.
