Shirley's Mock Lobster
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 2-3/4 quarts water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3-1/2 Tbs. salt
  • 1 lb. halibut, cut into bite-sized pieces

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large pot over high heat. Add fish pieces and cook until they float to the top. Serve with butter and lemon.
