Creamy Corn
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1 lb. frozen corn
  • 1 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, cut up

Place corn in a steamer basket over boiling water 7-8 minutes, or until tender. Drain and return corn to saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
