Parisienne Beef Sandwich
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 loaf French bread, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup mango chutney
  • 1 lb. sliced cooked roast beef
  • 1/4 lb. Brie cheese, softened

Turn on broiler. Drizzle oil over cut sides of bread. Place under broiler 1 minute or until golden. Spread chutney over cut sides of bread. Place roast beef and cheese on one side of each sandwich. Place under broiler until cheese is bubbly. Top with other half of bread and serve.
