Soak clay pot and its cover in water at least 15 minutes. Place first 4 ingredients in pot. Cover and place in cold oven. Turn on oven to 450°F and bake 15-20 minutes or until bacon is browned. Add remaining ingredients, except shrimp. Cover and return to oven. Reduce temperature to 375°F and bake another 20-30 minutes. Stir in shrimp just before serving. This recipe serves 6 people.
