Grill Machine Asian Tuna
Prep: 10 min, Marinate: 20 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1-1/4 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated, or 1-1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 Tbs. scallions, chopped
  • 1 lb. tuna steaks

Combine first 6 ingredients in a covered bowl or plastic resealable bag. Add tuna and marinate 20 minutes. Remove tuna from marinade and discard marinade. Preheat grill machine. Place tuna steaks on hot grill. Close cover and cook 2-4 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
