Microwave Simple Salmon
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.
  • 1-3/4 lbs. salmon steaks, or fillets, about 1/2 inch thick
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil

Arrange salmon in one layer in a microwave safe dish. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and season with salt to taste. Cover and microwave 5-7 minutes on high, or until edges are flaky. Remove and let stand 2 minutes before serving.
