Snack Machine Salmon Cakes
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 3/4 lb. canned salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 saltine crackers, finely crushed
  • 2 small onions, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed

Preheat snack machine. Combine all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread a portion of mixture onto a lightly oiled or buttered snack machine. Close cover and cook 3-5 minutes, until browned and cooked throughout.
