Natalie's Easy Best Bottom Roast
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 2:00.
  • 1 boneless beef roast, about 6 lbs. each
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 packages dry onion soup mix
  • oven roasting bag

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place roast inside roasting bag. Pour mushroom soup over meat. Sprinkle onion soup mix over mushroom soup. Close bag according to package directions. Roast 2-3 hours (2 for rare, 21/2 for medium, and 3 for well done meat). Serve roast with delicious gravy in the bottom of the bag.
