California Turkey Salad Tortillas
Prep: 15 min, Marinate: 10 min.
  • 3 cups cooked turkey breast, diced
  • 1 cup fat-free French dressing
  • 1-1/2 Tbs. chives, minced
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. white horseradish
  • 1 lb. packaged salad
  • 1/4 cup bottled real bacon pieces
  • 4 spinach flavored tortilla wraps or flour tortillas

Combine turkey and next 4 ingredients in a bowl. Marinate 10 minutes at room temperature. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Add lettuce and bacon pieces and toss gently. Spread mixture over center third of each tortilla. Fold tortillas, enclosing mixture to make a packet.
