Peach BBQ Sauce

- 1/2 lb. canned peaches, drained
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger root, chopped
Combine all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a blender. Purée until smooth.
