Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake pie crust 10 minutes until browned. Set aside to cool. Combine pudding and milk in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Stir in pie filling and transfer to pie crust. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread over top of pie. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. This recipe serves 8 people.
