Easy Fruit Cream Pie
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 10 min, plus refrigeration time.
  • 1 9 inch frozen pie crust
  • 1 large package vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 lb. canned fruit pie filling
  • 1 cup frozen dessert topping, thawed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbs. sugar, or to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake pie crust 10 minutes until browned. Set aside to cool. Combine pudding and milk in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Stir in pie filling and transfer to pie crust. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread over top of pie. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
