Super Burger Wraps
Prep: 15 min, Cook: 15 min.
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 slices provolone cheese, or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup bottled roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
- 1/4 lb. marinated artichokes, drained
- 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter
- 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas, warmed
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Shape beef into 8 flat patties on wax paper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top half the patties with a slice of cheese and a spoonful of artichokes and peppers. Cover patties with another meat round, pinching edges together to enclose filling. Melt butter with Worcestershire sauce in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Working in batches if necessary, arrange burgers in skillet, without overcrowding, and sauté |
