Rice Cooker Brown Rice
Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 30 min, Cook: 35 min.
  • 1 cup brown rice, rinsed
  • 1 tsp. salt, or to taste
  • 3 cups water or vegetable stock

Combine all ingredients in rice cooker and let stand 30 minutes before cooking. Turn on rice cooker and cook 35-40 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork before serving.
