Rice Cooker White Rice
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min.
  • 1 cup white rice, long or short grain (not instant)
  • 1 tsp. salt, or to taste
  • 2 cups water or chicken stock

Combine all ingredients in rice cooker. Turn on rice cooker and cook 10-15 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork before serving.
