Slow Cooker Oatmeal
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 4:00.
  • 1 cup old fashioned oatmeal, not instant
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tsp. salt, or to taste
  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, optional
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup raisins (optional), or chopped dates

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook 4 hours or overnight.
