Banana Breakfast Shake

  • 1-1/2 quarts lowfat milk
  • 4 bananas, without peel, medium, frozen
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
