Sweet Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

  • 1/4 cup fresh peanut butter
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 4 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cup plus 3 Tbs. vanilla lowfat yogurt
  • 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. sugar

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
