Banana and Honey Sandwich

  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 8 slices cinnamon or other bread

Mix the honey, butter or margarine, and ripe bananas in a bowl. Mash well. Spread mixture between the slices of cinnamon bread. Cut sandwiches in half diagonally.
