Grilled Turkey & Cheese Sandwich

- 8 slices white or sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
- 4 thick turkey breast slices
- 4 cheese slices
- 1 Tbs. butter
Spread cranberry sauce on half the bread slices . Add the turkey and cheese and cover each sandwich with the remaining bread slices. Spread butter on the outsides of the sandwiches and then cook in a skillet over medium-low heat. Brown on both sides.
