Orange Gelatin Salad
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin, about 1/4 ounce each
  • 2-1/4 cups cold water
  • 3/4 cup orange juice concentrate

Sprinkle gelatin over water in a heavy saucepan. Let stand 2 minutes. Heat mixture until it dissolves, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat. Add orange juice concentrate and mix. Pour into a 9x9 inch pan and refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
