Pecan Broccoli Salad

- 1/2 lb. broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup pecans, whole or chopped
- 1/2 lb. bottled real bacon pieces, or crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 medium red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbs. white vinegar
- 1 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
Toss first five ingredients in a large salad bowl. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Add to salad bowl, toss well, and serve.
