Pecan Broccoli Salad
Prep: 10 min.
  • 1/2 lb. broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup pecans, whole or chopped
  • 1/2 lb. bottled real bacon pieces, or crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbs. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. Parmesan cheese

Toss first five ingredients in a large salad bowl. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Add to salad bowl, toss well, and serve.
