Fall Fruit Salad
Prep: 10 min.
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. honey
  • 1-1/4 Jonathan or Granny Smith apples, cubed
  • 1-1/4 ripe red pears, cubed
  • 1/3 cup dried apricots, cut into strips
  • 2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt

Mix lemon juice and honey in a bowl. Add apple, pear, and dried apricot and toss well. Serve with 1/4 lb. vanilla yogurt per serving.
