Fall Fruit Salad

- 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. honey
- 1-1/4 Jonathan or Granny Smith apples, cubed
- 1-1/4 ripe red pears, cubed
- 1/3 cup dried apricots, cut into strips
- 2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt
Mix lemon juice and honey in a bowl. Add apple, pear, and dried apricot and toss well. Serve with 1/4 lb. vanilla yogurt per serving.
