Broiler Pan A broiler pan is a shallow rectangular pan that fits in the space below an oven broiler. Its removable gridiron top allows drippings to fall into the bottom pan as the food (usually meat) is broiled. The drippings can then be used, if desired, as flavoring for a sauce or gravy. |
