Reheating Rice To reheat rice without resorting to frying, put it in a vegetable steamer and steam for a few minutes until hot. For stovetop reheating, add two tablespoons liquid for each cup of rice. Cover and heat. For microwave reheating, add two tablespoons liquid for each cup of rice. Cover and cook on high for about one minute per cup of rice. (If frozen cook for two minutes per cup). |
