Storing Cooked Poultry Cooked poultry, if not eaten immediately, should be stored either hot, between 165 and 212 degrees Fahrenheit, or in the refrigerator at 40 degrees Fahrenheit or below. Do not leave cooked poultry at room temperature for more than two hours. |
