Substitutions: Corn Syrup Two cups corn syrup equal about 1 cup granulated sugar; however, do not use corn syrup to replace more than half the sugar in a recipe. Baking can also be tricky; for each 2 cups sugar, reduce the liquid called for by 1/4 cup. |
