Using Seasonings as a Rub To apply seasonings to meat and vegetables, first moisten the food with oil or other liquid. Sprinkle on the seasoning, then rub it on the surface of the food with your hands. (Use kitchen gloves if desired.) Let marinate in the fridge for up to 24 hours; this helps the flavors become more intense. |
