Grain Storage Un-milled Grain Grains that have not been milled will typically last for a year if: * The grain is kept dry and stored in a well-ventilated place. (Do not use air-tight containers.) * Temperatures are less than 68 degrees F. Milled Grain Grain recently milled will last 72 hours before it begins to go rancid. |
