Pie Dough: Making Diamond Leaves

When making homemade pie dough, to make diamond leaves: 1. Roll out some dough to a quarter-inch thickness. 2. Cut into two-inch strips. 3. Cut across diagonally every two inches to create a diamond shape. 4. Gently score a leaf design into the top.
