Fresh Parmesan Cheese You may prefer fresh parmesan to canned. If so, there is more than one way to prepare the fresh stuff. The most common is to fine-grate a block of parmesan over your dish. Using a coarser grater adds a "chunkier" touch to your dish. Or fancier still is to use a potato peeler to create parmesan strips for one fine-looking dish! |
