Ingredients

  • 2 Cup fresh. flat leaf parsley
  • 2 Tbsp toasted. pine nuts
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese, or Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.
