Cucumber-Mint Raita

  • 1 Cup plain yogurt
  • 1 Cup grated, seeded. cucumber
  • 4 Tbsp chopped. fresh mint leaves.
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 pinch cayenne
In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, cucumber, mint, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours to chill and let flavors meld, then serve.
