- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp grated. lemon zest
Add the cream and lemon zest to a pan over moderate heat. Bring to a simmer and cook until starting to thicken, about 2 minutes. Stir in the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, the lemon juice, and parsley. Best served warm with fish or other seafood.
