1. How can I change something in my order?

If you need to change something in your order, please contact us immediately.   We usually process orders within 2-4 hours, and once we have processed your order we will be unable to make any changes.

2. How can I pay for my order?

We accept Discover Card, Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards for your convenience.

3. Can I track my order?

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email.  Order production starts 24 hours after your order is placed. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed the following Monday. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date.  When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.

4. How long will my order take to be delivered?

Delivery times will depend on your location.  Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged.  Delivery can be expected within 2 to five business days.

5. Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

It's not required to create an account, but having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wish-list, and a customized shopping experience.

6. How will my order be shipped?

Our meat items are individually vacuum sealed in high quality, airtight cryo-vac packages to lock in freshness and ensure a long shelf life in your freezer. Ground beef and patties are vacuum sealed in convenient, one-pound packs. All are flash-frozen and packed in an insulated box with dry ice for delivery direct to your door.

7. What are your shipping and processing charges?

At Mealsforyou.com, unless you request an expedited delivery there are never any extra charges for shipping and handling. We have taken into account the average cost to process and deliver an order and included that cost with no mark-up into the retail price posted on our website.  We feel it’s a more honest and straightforward way of dealing with our customers and it takes the guesswork out of understanding our prices.  What you see posted on our web page is what you pay.

8. Can I send a food gift in warm weather?

Our meats are available year-round and ship frozen, in a reusable insulated cooler containing dry ice. However, please make certain to inform the recipient that they will be receiving a shipment of highly perishable food that must be placed in a freezer of be refrigerated for quick use upon arrival.  Once the package has been delivered the responsibility for ongoing care and safety of the merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the recipient.

9. How do I ship to a Military address?

Sorry, but we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. Possessions, any foreign country, APO, or FPO addresses.

10. Do I need to be around the day my shipment arrives?
No, you will not need to be home to sign for your package. It will be packed to stay nice and cold for many hours after it arrives. That said, you should plan to unpack it and put it away in your freezer or fridge as soon as possible. Once the package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, what happens to it after is your responsibility.
