Known as the America’s cut, each 8 oz. chop is 1 ¼ inches thick and is great for grilling, broiling, or stuffing. The thicker cut allows the chop to maintain all its natural juices when grilled. Boneless pork chops are nice to have in the freezer when you want to come up with an easy to prepare main entrée.

Often known as America's cut, these boneless thick beauties are comparable to a filet mignon only it's pork not beef. Found toward the head of the loin above the loin chops, boneless pork chops are basically top loin or rib chops with the bones removed. For best results always use a meat thermometer and pull this out of the broiler or off the grill when the internal temperature reaches between 145 and 150°F and let them rest a few minutes before serving. This will assure you of a nice juicy pork chop.
