It's a great idea to have several of these on hand for those times when you crave the taste of a juicy filet but want to keep your eating on the lighter side. A pair of these 2 oz. petite fillets is the ideal serving size to pair with a fresh green salad and a cup of mixed berries for a refreshingly light meal.
