That’s correct this 12 oz. tender porterhouse cut rib loin chops contain both meat from the ribs and the tenderloin. Each chop is cut approximately 1″ thick and cooks up bursting with incredible juiciness and flavor. One chop per serving unless you are a real pork carnivor.

A porterhouse chop is cut toward the center of the loin and has a T-shaped bone that has loin on one side and tenderloin on the other.
It has a very lean, but mild pork flavor. Like rib chops, they should be cooked quickly, so grill, broil, or sear-roast these chops, but be careful not to overcook them. Brining will also help with keeping the meat moist.
