The T-Bone is the poster child of American beef steaks.  This well-marbled cut consists of two lean, tender steaks – the strip and tenderloin – connected by a telltale T-shaped bone.
We offer the t-bone in two sizes:

  • 14 oz. 7/8″ thick and
  • 16 oz. 1″ thick

Crosscut from the forward section of the short loin on a steer's middle back, a T-bone steak contains a strip of the top loin and a chunk of tenderloin, both great steaks that any beef lover will totally appreciate but in a t-bone you get both in a single steak.

The T-bone is made for grilling. Generous bits of fat keep it moist while the tenderloin heart stays tender and flavorful. When grilling use the bone as a handle to grab the steak with tongs and flip it.  This avoids the need to puncture the neat with a fork and losing flavorful juice or sparking a flare-up.
