USDA Choice T-Bone - arguably America's Steak

Crosscut from the forward section of the short loin on a steer's middle back, T-bone steaks contain a strip of the top loin and a chunk of tenderloin, both great steaks that any beef lover will totally appreciate but in a T-bone, you get both in a single steak.

T-bone steaks are made for grilling.
